Integrating G2A

To integrate with G2A, log in to your Keysender account and navigate to the integrations tab. Activate G2A. You'll also need to register as a seller on G2A. G2A does not consume distribution credits at this time.

Once activated, you'll see G2A in your side panel

Press Add New 0/1 in the side panel

Select Add New

Navigate to G2A API Integration page

Start verification then select the G2A API credentials and view and copy the client ID and secret in the right G2A API Credentials section

Copy the G2A Client ID from G2A API Credentials and secret from G2A and input them into Keysender

Then copy the Keysender URL and token provided on the Keysender page for G2A configuration

Navigate to the G2A API page, start Import API Connection and paste the Keysender API URL and Token URL in the G2A API Credentials section

Navigate to Keysender > Account > Settings > API. Copy your Keysender API and secret.

Paste this into G2A Client ID and Secret

Press Save, this will authorize and show the integration as Active

Navigate to G2A Products

Press Add New

Select the G2A product you'd like to sell from the Product dropdown

Select the Keysender product database you'd like inventory to be pulled from

Set the retail and business prices and press Save

Your offer will now be displayed in Keysender. In the Product view, you can adjust Retail and Business prices and while the listing is active, the inventory will reflect the inventory you have added to the product database.

Validate that a 'Dropshipping' offer was created in G2A in your G2A 'Your Offers' tab. This means your offer is listed and will be displayed on G2A shortly.

G2A sales will now flow into your Keysender Summary page, you will see order details and assigned keys. As orders come in Keysender will automatically update the G2A aliased email to the guest's email.

In some cases - for example, when an order is unpaid or reserved, then G2A will 'hold' the order as reserved. This will be reflected in the status in Keysender. Typically orders are canceled within 6 hours, but, can take as long as 24 hours. This typically occurs if it has gone unpaid or the code was not seen and returned. This will display in Keysender as canceled.
