Integrating your eBay account

We will be adding connecting Keysender to your eBay account. By connecting eBay to Keysender you will be able to connect your eBay listings with your Keysender listed digital products. As orders come in, Keysender will assign and distribute the product to your customers.

To connect eBay to Keysender you will first need to login into your Keysender account. After login, navigate to Account > Settings.

You will then be redirected to your account settings page, as seen below.

On the account settings page, press eBay, the second tab in account settings.

Once on the eBay account settings, press +Add new eBay user, this will allow you to connect a new eBay account. You will then be prompted to log in via eBay - please enter your eBay credentials here.

eBay will ask if you authorize Keysender to receive order information. In order to connect eBay to Keysender, you'll need to press agree. The connection can be disconnected at your convenience.

Keysender will then begin the connection process, showing you the following screen.

When the connection is successfully established, you will see the confirmation below

To validate that the integration process was successful, please navigate back to Account > Settings.

Press eBay, the second tab in account settings. You will now see the username of the eBay account you have connected.

Be mindful of the token expiration time, as eBay only allows for authentication for a certain period of time before the token is set to expire. You will receive a reminder before token expiry, however, be sure to update the token prior to the expiry date to avoid a pause in service.

You can also temporarily disable monitoring on your eBay account if you'd like the pause orders from flowing into the system.
