Integrations allow you to bring in digital sales all to one location – allowing you to focus on creating rather than managing your business.
Add an integration by moving to the integration tab, selecting your integration. Your integration will then appear under your integration drop-down.
When adding an integration, be sure to review their digital product guidelines and conditions.Finding your integration:
Move to the integrations tab to find all available integrations
Select the integration you’d like to distribute on, in this case, we’ll select eBay. Under your integrations tab, eBay will now appear.Integrate your account
Integrations require authorization from the eCommerce platform, to do this, move to Settings and select Add eBay user in the upper-right hand corner of the page.
Status: Allows you to set the linkage to on or off
Username: eBay user will allow you to input your eBay username
Set as default: ZeroOne allows you to add unlimited integration accounts and set a specific account as default to avoid unnecessary toggling
Connecting the account
Now, time to connect the accounts. To authorize and connect your eBay account, you’ll open the actions button and select Login to eBay.
Login to eBay: Login to eBay and authorize access to link your account
ZeroOne connects with eBay using an authorization token, this means that we receive information from eBay sales, however, do not have access directly to your account.
Press I agree and navigate back to the ZeroOne panel.
Once the integration is authorized:
Set to active: Set your eBay account to active to being distributing digital products
Select the account whose products you’d like to adjust, the account you set as default will be the one that shows automatically
To load all products into the platform and confirm the eBay authorization works, press Reload from eBay. As you create additional listings, eBay auctions can be imported to ZeroOne by reloading the eBay auctions
Your integration items will now show, as following
Assign Product Database: Once loading eBay auctions you’ll find all active listings on eBay. Assign the product you create on the products page to the listing for your integration.
You can assign the same database to multiple listings, for example, Xbox Live 14-Day is both connected to Xbox 14 Ultimate
Activate Monitoring: Once your product has inventory added and your eBay account is connected, activate your monitoring to begin product distribution
Here is another place you can activate monitoring, assign products, and add notes for reference.Quantity by Listing:
We found that many of our vendors have different needs when selling digital products, for example, many of our vendors sell ‘bundles’ of cards, for example instead of selling one 1-month Xbox Live Ultimate, they sell two 14-Day Xbox Live Ultimate.
We have added the ability to list quantity by product listing – allowing vendors to easily distribute, for example, two 14-day codes per product sale.
Variables: Message variables can be inserted into templates, showing guests information pulled in from integrations

If you don’t have have your SMTP settings setup, which can be reviewed in the settings overview, guests will receive messages from Mike.T@zerooneecommerce.com. Be sure to setup your Reply-to email at the bottom of the Email Message page.
Reply-to email: Reply-to emails allow guests to ask questions easily, bringing in all questions into the ZeroOne messaging center
eBay message delivery gives your guest the heads up on where to look – delivered right to their eBay inbox, custom messages can be created to including custom variables
Event: for eBay messages to be distributed, the vendor will need to set the dispatch event as a new transaction created. This means once an order is placed, the eBay message will send.
Status: Once your message is set activate your eBay message to ensure distribution - reminding the guest where to look for their product and avoiding item not delivered issues
Variables: Message variables can be inserted into templates, showing guest information pulled in from integrations
Email copy to sender: Allows you to receive the eBay messages sent to the guest in case you’d like to preview their experience
Here’s how it looks from the vendor side once it’s done.
