The messaging center allows you to respond to guests coming from all integrations connected to your ZeroOne profile. If you’re online – you can respond to messages via live chat, while if you’re offline you’ll get the messages and can reply via email.
View Guest: This allows you to view the guest profile created from a vendor integration
View Order: This allows you to view the order details created from a vendor integration
Reply to: The ZeroOne messaging center allows you to reply to guests directly via email or chat
Guest View: For guests, messaging is an easy process; helping you, as a vendor, avoid answering messages on multiple integrations at once
Guests can connect with you easily by sending a message which will be sent to your messaging center.
If you are online, vendors can then see messages sent to them in the messaging center and reply to the guest directly
If you are offline, vendors will receive a message to their email and will need to reply to the guest to their “From” email
Messages can be archived by pressing Archive in the message center, or they will automatically be archived after a few days of inactivity
