Creating a digital product in the product setting is the first step toward distributing your digital creation.
Credit Type: Credit types can be assigned on the product page, you’ll assign the review type for your product. Products can be assigned the following credit types:
- Free Tier: distributing a product within 3-hours of purchase without a fee or fraud screening
- Paid Instant: distributing a product instantly with a small fee and no fraud screening
- Paid Instant Fraud Review: Fraud screening instantly distributes digital products, screening the guest for fraud. Protect yourself from unexpected chargeback cases and stolen products by using fraud screening.
Fraud Threshold: When selecting fraud screening, select a threshold you’re comfortable with based on your product. Guests with a fraud score higher than your set threshold will be rejected, and if you’re opted-in to ZeroOne review, sent to ZeroOne agents for review.
Database Type: In your product page, you can assign your sale type based on your digital product. Selecting the correct product type allows you to distribute your product in the way you choose.
Recursive: Allows for a product to be distributed multiple times - this can be used for a PDF, eBook, link, or unlimited use code
Unique one-use code: Allows for a product to be distributed one time, each code being unique. This can be used for unique vouchers or prepaid top-ups.
Product Types can be suggested using the feedback feature.
Name: The product name will be displayed in reports and is the product heading in the guest preview page
SKU: The SKU is the unique identifier for each product allowing you to easily keep track of sales and run sales analysis. This will be pulled into the report for each product sold.
Product Message: Product message is the guest-facing message that will be seen once a guest has been approved and is on a redemption page
Frequently asked questions (FAQs) allow you to list frequently asked questions for your product or business; this lessens the guest’s support burden by creating one easy place to answer common guest questions, only receiving escalations not already listed.
FAQs can be made by inserting a question and answer. Depending on the question – it can be applicable to multiple products assigned, for example, all Playstation products may have the same redemption process.
Assign Product: Once an FAQ is created, you can assign the FAQ to only show on specific products
General FAQ: All unassigned and active FAQs will be general FAQs. General FAQs will show on all products
My question is not here: Guests can press this to be connected to the messaging center and message the vendor directly for additional support.
Add Codes: add codes allows you to add digital products from a CSV file or input them into your product by pasting them each to a separate row
Codes: codes can be pasted on different lines then added to the database
Cost: product cost can be included as a batch allowing you to track profit in reporting
Supplier: supplier and order number can be added to track sales in reports
Date: date can be added to track sales in the reports and understand inventory movement
Mass Actions: Mass actions allows you to mark a set of codes as send first, delete, or unavailable
Mark as unavailable: codes can be marked as unavailable if they have been manually distributed or used
Usage Limits: this allows vendors to set each code to be used a limited number of times
Send First: unique codes can be set as send first, allowing vendors to fast track high risk codes or returns
Export: Export allows vendors to export all codes in the database
