Occasionally, you'll find a customer who needs their email address adjusted as they may have entered an incorrect or outdated email address. To adjust an order's email and resend the product navigate to Orders > All
Select the order you'd like to adjust, press Action > Edit
In the order overview, go to customer details
Select the pencil icon by email
Adjust the email, inserting the new email you'd like to resend the product to
Press the checkmark to save the new email
Scroll to the bottom of the order overview page where it shows the dispatched codes and press Actions
To re-dispatch the email to the updated email press Re-Send
The guest will receive a new email to their updated address
